Alexa came home with me straight from the track on Thursday. Since then she has been getting settled into my household, with her 5 foster sisters and foster brother. She said it just like the kennel here so she is getting along great.
So far she has been a perfect little lady, she sleeps in her crate with only a little protest and gets along good most of the time with the other dogs. So far no potty accidents in the house.
She does not understand those thing called mirrors because there is a dog on the other side looking back at her. Sometimes that same dog looks back at her thru the patio door.
She has enjoyed running and playing in the yard with the other dogs and today it was nice to lay in the grass and sun. Stay tune for more updates on the lovely Alexa.

Alexa is a beautiful red brindle that has just retired from a 35 race career at Birmingham. She's just 2 years old, so has a long career ahead of her a precious pet! As she moves to her foster home and we get to know her a little better, watch her blog for updates!
